Now Box.net offers Virtual Drive option so you can create Virtual Drive of your Box.net space. To upload your files on box.net just copy and paste it to that Virtual Drive. Here is a process How to setup Box.net space as Virtual Drive
1. Open My Computer.
2. Click on Map Network Drive option.
3. It will open new windows. In this select drive letter and in 'Folder:' option enter following address "https://www.box.net/dav" and Click on Finish.
4. In new window enter your box.net Username and password and hit OK.
5.It will take some time to configure. After you will see new drive in My Computer it's your box.net storage. Now just copy your files and paste to it. It'll be shown in your box.net account.
