Things you need

** Bluetooth adapter for Desktop
** Software
Now download this free software SmartCam for PC. And now download software for your phone from HERE. Most of all platforms are covered for your phone, If you have Android based phone than you can click on Android and download .apk file. Similarly for Symbian, Samsung Bada, Java etc...
Now Pair your phone and PC with each other. After successful pairing open SmartCam software which you have downloaded for pc and Mobile. In windows PC Smartcam goto File > Setting and select Bluetooth.
Now in your phone search for your PC and connect to it.
